We work as a "buy-side" representative for accredited investors in direct private equity investments in small and medium size, privately-held businesses. We are not a business broker or an investment bank, so we don't get paid for an investment transaction and move on to the next one. Our compensation is primarily tied to the performance of the investments we recommend to you. We also invest our own cash in the deals we put together to further tie our interests to yours, as our investor client.
