We provide turn-key management of our investor clients' financial affairs, with an emphasis on direct private equity investments. We manage original deal flow (sources of new investment opportunities), analysis and due diligence, deal structure and execution, and ongoing representation and advocacy for investors as their exclusive "buy-side" representative on boards of companies in which we invest.

• Unique buy-side representation, making it possible for investors to focus more of their time and energy on business issues or personal pursuits.
  
  
• No long term commitment of funds. We structure investments on a deal-by-deal basis, only when we find a good deal.
  
  
• Investor clients have more input into investment decisions than they would as limited partners in traditional "blind pool" venture capital funds or other alternative investment vehicles. If they don't like a particular industry, then we won't invest in that industry, for example.
  
  
• Investor clients have the opportunity to terminate our working relationship at any time without forfeiting existing capital invested. We won't bind up our clients with lengthy contractual commitments - we give them the freedom to reevaluate us constantly and to make a change if we are not providing them with the support and devotion that they want.
